SHIPPING & RETURNS

All sales are FINAL, including in-store purchases, online orders and orders through instagram stories. We are happy to share more details and photos of an item to make sure it works for you.

Online Purchases 

We do not accept returns for online purchases unless the item received has damage that was undisclosed in the description (vintage excluded) or the item is incorrect/missing. 

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to set-up a return.

Shipping Policy 

We will ship items within 4 days of purchase via USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $18 for domestic shipping. For international shipping, please email hello@deeplakeshop.com for a shipping quote.
