We’re looking for a part-time sales associate to join our small team 3 to 4 days a week with weekend availability. At Deep Lake and Rodeo, we aim to cultivate a space that is warm, clean and approachable. One that emphasizes and elevates the pieces coming in and prioritizes our growing community of customers and consignors. We offer a rotating assortment of quality, pre-loved garments ranging from basic essentials to unique statement pieces, always informed by a deep appreciation for style and design. The right candidate will have experience in customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting. This position requires excellent communications skills, creative problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting consignors and customers, operating the point of sale system, maintaining a clean sales floor and processing new pieces coming in, communicating consignment and shop policies with customers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a retail setting.
- Must be available weekends.
- Mending experience is a plus!
Pay starts at $23/hr with a generous PTO policy after 3 months.
